Do I need an appraisal

not! This is a well known scam in the timeshare
resales market. You own a piece of time not a
physical piece of property. Time can not be appraised!

Is it possible
for me to begin advertising my time share today,
but still use my time this year? Yes. While
your time share is being advertised, you should
continue to utilize your time. If you accept an
offer or actually sell your time share before
your planned vacation, you may use your time if
you have paid the maintenance fees for that year.
What's the difference
between buying from the resort instead of a private
seller? Besides paying up to 50% less for
the resale the developer might be able to include
a package or two that the private seller cannot,
however the savings generally makes up for the
lost perks.
How long does it
take to sell? Nobody can tell you for sure
when it will sell, however over pricing is usually
the biggest problem most owners come across. Time
share priced right moves much faster.
Is renting my time
share beneficial? We urge every owner trying
to sell their time share to put it in the rental
section at the same time. We have found that many
sales stemmed from happy renters checking the
place out before they buy.
Can we take our pets when
we time share? Pets are not usually welcome
at a time share since their are really 52 owners
and many of them might be allergic to pets.
Why must I pay
first to sell my unit? We are not real estate
brokers or agents, therefore we cannot legally
collect a commission after the sale. In order
