for me to begin advertising my time share today,
but still use my time this year? Yes. While
your time share is being advertised, you should
continue to utilize your time. If you accept an
offer or actually sell your time share before
your planned vacation, you may use your time if
you have paid the maintenance fees for that year.
What's the difference
between buying from the resort instead of a private
seller? Besides paying up to 50% less for
the resale the developer might be able to include
a package or two that the private seller cannot,
however the savings generally makes up for the
lost perks.
How long does it
